1. Eligibility:

   • Applicants must identify as transgender or non-binary.

   • Applicants must provide accurate and complete information in their application.

2. Confidentiality:

   • All personal information provided in the application will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason other than the administration of the Beacon Grant Fund.

3. Grant Disbursement:

   • Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis, subject to the availability of funds.

   • The amount of funding awarded is at the discretion of the Beacon Grant Fund administrators.

   • The timing of grant disbursement will be determined by the availability of funds and may vary based on individual applicant needs.

4. Intended Use:

   • Applicants must use the grant funds solely for the purposes described in their application, related to their gender-affirming journey.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Applicants may be required to provide documentation or receipts to verify the use of grant funds.

6. Non-Discrimination:

   • The Beacon Grant Fund does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   • The Beacon Grant Fund administrators reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
